Identify a situation in which you wished you could repeat communication. Even though it’s impossible to reverse or repeat communication, what lessons can be learned from these two situations you identified that you can apply to future communication?

3. I envision using these interpersonal communication skills a lot in the future, because i am usually shy when i first meet people but once i open up i like to talk to a lot and be social. Being a good communicator will help me form better relationships with future people i meet and give me the confidence to not be so nervous or shy when i first meet people. I can also see these skills helping with my current relationships such as with my girlfriend and parents. i hope to be able to communicate my needs and wants better to my parents so that they respect my wishes and not have it always end up being an argument. i also hope that i will be able to understand my girlfriends needs and wants better and give thoughtful responses and give their feelings validation. Another way these skills can be helpful are in the work place because then everyone in the work place will be able to communicate their wants and needs and then the company can run smooth and it will be a better workplace. Overall, i hope better communication skills will make my personal relationships happier and less arguments and give me the confidence to say what i need.
