Put together a menu of Two Cocktails, Two Wines, Two Appetizers, and Three Entrees.
This menu is being submitted for approval. Recipes are required but no menu pricing is required at this time. We’ll calculate the pricing in the next step.
- Recipes must be provided for each cocktail and food item. You should have 9 total, 10 if you have a sauce. (2 Cocktail, 2 Appetizers, 3 Entrees, and 2 sides).
- For your entrees, you may have one, and only one, lasagna, stew, casserole, or pasta-type item as an entrée. The other 2 must contain 1 Protein, 1 Starch side (same for all), 1 Vegetable side (same for all), and 1 Sauce (optional)) No exceptions, don’t ask.
- You are to have one starch side and one vegetable side to go with your entrees. Not separate starches or vegetables for each entrée.
- Wine only needs to be listed by name and vintage (year).
- The cocktails must be two liquors and at least two mixers.
