Write different case scenarios with preferable diagnoses of major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety, adjustment disorder, PTSD, ADHD, autism, bipolar disorder. Mainly depression and anxiety (both of these diagnoses is fine if it makes it easier for you).
The “Assessment” part should mostly look similar on every case. Let’s just say that patient’s are fine during the visit.
