I’m supposed to write a Journal/ QSEN about the clinical i went to on Saturday. First day of this class clinical, i worked with a Tech. what you should know that is that He did really do much to help me learn. He wasn’t explaining things so well. He did not count the patients respirations but was coming up with his own number to document in the system. he was not following the two patient identifiers before providing care however he greeted every patient and seemed to be talking well with them and the patients liked him. he was also doing every thing they wanted so he was caring.
