Do Problem 4 using a process chart spreadsheet of your own design, one that differs from the Process Chart Solver in OM Explorer. It should have one or more columns to record information or metrics that you think are relevant, be they external customer contacts, time delays, completion times, percent rework, costs, capacity, or demand rates. Your entries should show what information you would collect, even though only part of it is available in the case.

Consider the Custom Molds, Inc., case at the end of this chapter. Prepare a flowchart of the mold fabrication process and the parts manufacturing process, showing how they are linked.
