This week’s journal article focuses on attribution theory and how it influences the implementation of innovation technologies. Two types of employee attributions are noted in the article (intentionality and deceptive intentionality), please review these concepts and answer the following questions:

This should include a reflection based on the literature review of the appropriate IACCM LCM conceptual model from the initiation phase till the close out within 3500 words, which should be based on the elements from the notes I will provide. the report should be written critically.
