Instructions:

1. Find three (3) different scholarly resources related to a research paper assignment from a different class (For example: A&P I, Psychology, or English). These do need to be three different types of resources such as an article from a medical website, an article from a scholarly journal, or a textbook, etc.
2. Read/View the resources, using the reading strategies discussed in prior weeks.
3. View the lecture video (“Instructions for Week 7 Dropbox“) that discusses this assignment and provides examples.
4. Using Microsoft Word, write a brief paragraph that summarizes each resource (total of 3 paragraphs: 1 per resource). Be sure to provide in-text citations.
5. Create a separate page for your references list of a minimum of 3 different resources in APA style using the APA Style Manual (or OWL @ Purdue) for guidance on formatting and content.
6. Your references list must conform to APA style. The word – References – needs to be typed on the top line and centered. It must have 1” margins and must be double-spaced in Times New Roman 12-point font. Citations must be alphabetized by the author’s last name.
7. Submit your paper into Grammarly to get the Report of Evaluation of Originality. Make note you must sign up with Grammarly through the provided website with Galen College of Nursing (See Week 1) to get Premium Account for Free. Be sure to revisit the video Prevent Plagiarism by Using Grammarly to Check for Originality.
8. Submit the resources summary, references list, and originality report to the Dropbox by the indicated due date.
